Each blossom center is ringed in raised white enamel “jeweling” — the beaded dotwork Wavecrest collectors prize — catching the light against the satiny ground.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mounting elevates it further: a pierced foliate collar with twin C-scroll handles crowns the neck, and the whole rests in a footed gilt-metal cradle.
