Antique Dresden Porcelain Quatrefoil Plate

Antique Meissen style gilt trimmed porcelain quatrefoil dish or shallow bowl. Beautifully hand painted with flowers and foliage on a vibrant turquoise ground alternating with scenes of fishermen in harbor.  Possibly the work of Richard Klemm - Dresden, Germany.  The dish is in very good condition with minor wear and rubbing to the gilt.
