Charming Vintage Romeo & Juliet Statue with Horse and Dog

Absolutely charming vintage statue of Romeo & Juliet on horseback with a dog. This gorgeous creamy white figurine has a nice heavy feel and is so highly detailed. Although unsigned, it appears to be from the work of Gino Ruggeri. It is marked Hecho en Mexico (Made in Mexico).
I cannot confirm the material, but it appears to be a type of heavy resin with the appearance of stone.
