A scarce antique Wedgwood majolica Pickle & Fork plate, dating to 1879 and produced during the English Aesthetic Movement in the fashionable Japonisme taste.
The circular plate is molded with six teardrop-shaped wells, each decorated with a different pickled vegetable or botanical motif, while the divisions between the wells are formed as long-handled three-tined forks. The highly dimensional design is finished in muted olive, cream, yellow, pink, and brown glazes with extensive age-related crazing that adds wonderful antique character.
The underside bears the impressed WEDGWOOD mark along with period factory/date markings consistent with 1879 production. A documented example of this same design is currently listed by a specialist dealer as a Wedgwood Majolica Japonisme Cobalt Blue Pickle and Fork Plate, dated 1879, measuring 8.25” in diameter.

We have a 7-day return policy on NEW items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be refunded in store credit to be spent at Shoplilliangrey.com within 6 months.
Vintage and antique items cannot be refunded or returned unless it has been damaged in the shipping process. We require photos of the item(s) and packaging, (which will help us to assess the handling process and prevent further losses.) After which point you will be issued a full refund on your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Within 10 days of delivery - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Each item has its own unique story, if you are not happy with the item then we hope we can continue your story with our company and find something that suits you better. That item is now yours, we can only refund you in store credit for Shoplilliangrey.com if the item was damaged in the shipping process. (Some items have endured some alterations to their original state and will be sold AS IS. Please take note of each item's description to see if the unique character is suitable to you.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate your return on NEW items only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit once approved.
