A charming example of early 20th-century American silverplate, this beautifully detailed pedestal bonbon dish by the Barbour Silver Company captures the graceful, nature-inspired ornamentation of the Art Nouveau movement. Resting upon a shapely pedestal base, the shallow bowl features four elegantly pierced panels of stylized flowers, scrolling vines, and delicate foliage. The openwork decoration surrounds a softly undulating central bowl, creating a lovely interplay of light, texture, and movement. Produced by the Barbour Silver Company, an American silver manufacturer known for its decorative silver-plated wares, this petite compote reflects the period’s appreciation for both artistic craftsmanship and gracious entertaining. The underside bears the manufacturer’s B S C E P mark, associated with Barbour Silver Company Extra Plate, along with N.S., indicating a nickel-silver base metal, and the model number 6757. Beautifully suited for presenting wrapped chocolates, small confections, or other little treats, this delightful piece also makes an elegant decorative accent on a sideboard, vanity, or thoughtfully styled tabletop. Excellent antique condition, with normal surface wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully preserved pierced floral detailing and an attractive polished finish.

We have a 7-day return policy on NEW items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be refunded in store credit to be spent at Shoplilliangrey.com within 6 months.
Vintage and antique items cannot be refunded or returned unless it has been damaged in the shipping process. We require photos of the item(s) and packaging, (which will help us to assess the handling process and prevent further losses.) After which point you will be issued a full refund on your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Within 10 days of delivery - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

That item is now yours, we can only refund you in store credit for Shoplilliangrey.com if the item was damaged in the shipping process. (Some items have endured some alterations to their original state and will be sold AS IS. Please take note of each item's description to see if the unique character is suitable to you.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate your return on NEW items only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit once approved.
