This Hand Painted Oil on Board from the turn of the century is an exquisite piece. It measures 14" tall and 11 1/2" wide and is framed in a striking gold washed Rococo Frame. The painting depicts a romantic scene of a man stealing a kiss from a stunning young lady in a flowing gown and holding a parasol with a golden handle. Accompanying her is a bonnet-wearing girl with a playful little black dog following the line of ladies in elegant attire.
